We are following the recommendations of major public health agencies to encourage all members and staff to regularly wash their hands using water and soap
which is available in each of our bathrooms and kitchen, along with paper towel for disposable hand drying as well as hand sanitizer. We are also taking necessary precautions
with an hourly disinfecting and sanitizing schedule utilizing industrial grade cleaners on all surfaces, handles, common spaces and equipment. Any member or visitor that is showing
symptoms will not be permitted to enter the club.
Members must maintain a 6 foot distance at all times.
Members are required to sanitize equipment, accessories and dumbbells before and after use.
It is mandatory to bring a sweat towel.
NO gym bags, outside clothes or shoes are allowed in the club.
NO shower or locker access.
NO buddy training or spotting to abide by the 6 foot rule.
Members are only allowed to use one piece of equipment at a time. NO SUPER SETS.
All members must ENTER and EXIT through the front door.
NO use of chalk.
NO water fountain access.
For the safety of our staff; members are required to return all
weights, accessories, dumbbells and sanitizer back to their proper location.
Failure to abide by the above policies will result in a suspension or termination of your membership.
